Auction Rules & Information
Rules for Bidding
- To ensure legitimate bids, you will need to set up an account and input your credit card information before you’re able to place a bid on a record.
- Each auction will run for 1 week. During that time customers will be able to view records along with details such as starting bid and grading. Some records will also have a “Buy Now” option.
- As the bidding proceeds customers will be able to view the highest bid and monitor the time left and current bid.
- All records graded by the VJM standard and reviewed by a professional with 25 years of experience.
- Customers with the winning bid will be notified by email at the close of the auction and will have 3 days to purchase the record via the link in the email sent. If the record is not purchased within 3 days, the record will go to the bidder in 2nd place.
Overtime Auction
- If someone bids on a record within 5 minutes of the end of the auction, the auction will be extended by 5 minutes. This will continue until there are no bids in the last 5 minutes of the auction. For example, if an auction ends at 1PM and someone bids at 12:56PM, the auction will now end at 1:05PM.
Payments/ Shipping
- Payments can be made with all major credit cards by an encrypted third-party vendor to ensure that your personal information remains secure.
- Payments are due within 3 days after the close of auction. If you do not pay within those 3 days the record will go to the bidder in 2nd place.
- Domestic buyers (United States) will be required to pay a flat rate of $20 for shipping and international buyers will be required to pay a flat rate of $50 for shipping. Records that are a part of an auction will also have a 2% charge for shipping insurance. You will see all of these charges and the total price on the checkout page.

- All Records will be securely sandwiched between 10″ x 10″ inch Cardboard Squares floating in the Middle of Peanut Popcorn filler in a cardboard Box measuring 13″ x 13″x 4″ inches.
